i haven't seen one. it looks like they went to color bars for a moment in between paid programming and then aired this. It aired at 2AM on Monday morning so maybe this is when they officially start their programming week over...kind of a placeholder.

they are usually. it looks like they use this to start their programming week as it aired at 2AM Monday morning in a paid programming block.
