  • @Moniker912 Couple of facts, heating up any kind of plastic is generally not good even saran wrap. Also extract is perfectly fine to eat raw, in fact like most foods excluding meat and eggs it is probably healthier to eat raw as many nutrients are lost when foods are cooked. Vanilla extract = vodka + vanilla beans that's it. Try making it yourself it is so much better then store bought!

    And real sugar (sucrose/table sugar) isn't real at all. It's a processed compound and it breaks down fast. I cut sugar from my diet, mostly.

  • @zeldahater1 im not sure about sugar.. but yes the more you eat the less you need.. i think what she meant was that you dont have to eat a lot at once.. but instead eat little more frequently and yes REAL food but junk food.. or frozen food.. i dont work out or not in diet but i eat everything (real food) and people often get amazed by how often i eat but eat little thats the trick. it keeps you full plus boost up your metabolism...

  • Thank you :) I'm seventeen and I've been trying to change my eating habits for the better. More water, tea (no soda or much juice), soymilk, grains, wheat, granola, almonds and fruit! I have two p.e. classes and I have been cutting more meat out of my diet (I eat meat maybe 2-3 times a week). Thank you for these tips, it helps me choose better foods! :D

  • Ok I saw a video by diethealth called- Mcdonalds 4 year old cheeseburger. The lady whom is a diet specialist conducted an experiment to see how the burger not decayed. Well it baffles me how every comment in that video calls the nice lady a fat, obese etc and should not be giving tips on how to eat.(shes not even fat)

    On the other hand Betthany is slim naturally but people say shes too skiny.

  • Greek yogurt + equal + strawberries. The yogurt is fat free and one of the most calorie light foods program available. Watermelon is like the fruit equivalent.

If you have an alkaline diet you don't need to try to balance bacterial flora with yogurt, toasting the bread is unnecessary and a loss in terms of nutrients.

    In contrast, undeveloped nations living off the land are eating more raw food so protein is not denatured and indigestible. They aren't eating as much proteinaceous foods either. So they get more fiber and fresh fruit.

  • a DELISCIOUS SNACK.....boil a bag of quick rice, pour in a bowl, add butter and stalt THEN.....crush up about 5 table spoons of "honey roasted peanuts". Crush them to almost a powder and mix in with the rice, butter & salt.......YUMMY YUMMY

  • Why? She's just suggesting some yummy and healthy vegetarian snack ideas. I don't think we see enough of this kinda thing. When I want a snack, it needs to be easy and made with things I have in the house already. When snacking things don't need to be gourmet or complicated. This stuff tastes better and is better for you then a bag of chips or cheese crackers but it's just as easy! I think this is great for beginner vegetarians who are looking for easy ideas!!

  • sugar/sweetners make the body's insulin levels fluctuate too much and the body needs nutrients..if you don't have nutrients the body craves more calories..lower sugar/sweetners allows the body to absorb at a much slower rate which is more healthy

  • the peanut butter is ALL-NATURAL peanut butter. you can buy it at walmart. the brand is either smuckers or jiffy. the only ingrediants should be peanuts/and possibly salt.
