@zacontour cheers man! check out my 2011 one, much faster! haha. yeah man we always stay with Rider's Retreat, great accommodation, really cheap for what you get, run by great people and good locations haha. we've flown the past two times but it's probably cheaper to drive with all your gear if you live in the UK :)

I might drive as you said its easier with that ammount of gear you need but might fly dependingon the price.

Head and chest cams are the business. My favourite place to ride. I bust my hip in an innocuous tumble on the last part of the course proper (falling on to the track back to the lift) in 2003 and lost my bottle for downhill. Its great to see that Le Pleney is still as much fun as ever.

@1Mountainmonkey well, to be honest, prices vary hugely on where you want to stay, how you're going to get there and what you spend out. this trip cost me a total of £800, but that is seriously too much lol. i flew and stayed in a well nice chatel. to be honest, i'm going next year and i reckon you can do it for about £300 on the super cheap :)

@OliScale I use PowerDirector 8 DeLuxe. Best editing software on the market for people with a small budget like me lol :) i love it! recommend it any day :)

i actually cannot believe how you got such incredible weather, it looks amazing there in that weather you can see so far, you can see all the mountains around you. we never got that when we went and i was there for 6 days.
