@035472229 The girl in black is "hell girl", its kinda like the grim reaper except she curses people and brings them to hell regardless of if they died or not. Its a really good anime and you should watch it.

@035472229 Its really simple. If people want to curse someone to hell they can go to hell website on midninght and write the name of the one they want to curse. But the curse works both ways. In order to send someone to hell you must pay with your soul. Enma Ai then delivers the one they curse to hell reagardless whether they are good or bad. She is like Karon in greek culture except she only ferries to hell and like @035472229 said she is like the grim reaper. She doesn,t care who she ferries..
