the actual campus is actually pretty beautiful and historic. Most buildings have a beautiful brick construction and everything looks historic and peaceful. The swamp trees are mostly around the stadium and the outskirts of the campus and add a little extra atmosphere when you are around "The Swamp". But yeah, the actual campus is very beautiful in my opinion.

With the BCS System and the fact that there is no playoff system in College Football, running up the score and not running up the score could definitely make a difference in whether your team finishes #1 or #2 or whether they finish #3 and don't make the title game.
