You do not have the right to interrupt someone presenting their side. If you have a problem with something someone has said, then you can rebut it when the judge comes back to you.
The courts keep a written record of everything that's said that you can refer to, so it's not like you will "forgot" either.

The courts have a very strict process, interfering with that process or showing disrespect for the court or judge is a very serious offense. Once again we don't see the full picture. I do not agree with her attacking the judge. But CPS and a lot of family courts are involved in child sex trafficking and pedophile rings. Maybe this woman knew this and was acting out her mother instincts.

@justice79170 The law gives the judge that right. In court you have the right to fight your case by presenting evidence and arguments WHEN ITS YOUR TURN. You do not have the right to interrupt someone presenting their side. If you have a problem with something someone has said, then you can rebut it when the judge comes back to you.
The courts keep a written record of everything that's said that you can refer to, so it's not like you will "forgot" either.
As for the 10 days jail, that's light.

@justice79170 I have seen someone swear at a judge and get 6 months. The courts have a very strict process, interfering with that process or showing disrespect for the court or judge is a very serious offense. It is one of the few offenses for which you can basically be charged, found guilty and sentenced instantly by a judge.
