and how there might be legal ramifications once the parties called got involved...seeing how much they were harrassed (ashholes)...and might not like the idea of them being recorded without their consent.

Awesome idea man, looking forward to the creative and hilarious calls. I think I may make a small trailer for this with kinda my own spin on a few characters but I love the creativity and the idea that everyone can and hopefully will interpret old characters and change them along with using some of the less popular ones. Also like the whole storyline deal.

The idea is that it would be awesome if there was a TV show based around the crazy day to day adventures of Duncan in a town called Stilwell. In Stilwell, all our soundboard victims are residents and act the way they do on the phone when getting pranked.
So for example, the people that work at Duncan Construction are people like Tiesha as the secretary, philly thug, ABG and others as pole barn builders. There would of course be other places of business in Stilwell such as the local pawn shop where Charles and Lunatic Redneck work. The local escort business ran by SR and the motherfuckers that would just fucken' enjoy beatin' the shit outta you: Casino man, Racist Redneck, and ECLH. The four of them also make up the local K.K.K. lol
If you want to create stories behind the calls. Like if Duncan is doing drunk prank calling with Drunk guy, you could say the construction business is slow and Duncan needs a break and a few laughs so he hooks up with the town drunk to harass people for fun. Like I said, all the soundboards we use are people in Stilwell, celebrities included because all celebs have got a little house in Stilwell where they can get away from it all.
Other thoughts for my idea if your interested. Chinaman works as the Maitre'd and Con Mex makes the food. Stilwell also has a Casino where you'll find Casino man sometimes hanging out with Josh Bales drinking lagger and a bottle of fuckin' jack. The jackass plumber and Duncan are good friends, the plumber often visits Duncan Construction because it's got such crappy plumbing. And SR has plenty of money and whores: Arnolds escort and asain escort who are constantly stalked by Springfield Pervert

I'd say there's enough support behind this already to get the ball rolling, all we need now is some ideas.
Someone needs to update Satanic Racist soundboard from the calls "Late night with philly thug." "Tom the pissed off roid user." and "Satanic Racist Rampage 3" and there's another vid on youtube where someone calls him with their normal voice.
I love one of his lines from that call, the caller mentions ripping guts out of his asshole and wrapping it around his neck and SR says something like "It's called a wrap around." lol

All you have to do is change the names and add a "the characters presented in this film are fictitious" notation and you'd be fine.
