Most of your shoulder bags/totes need a bigger and longer handles-- the existing ones are mostly too small and short, for those who lives in inclement weather areas (NYC, CT etc) , they can hardly put arms through after they put on coat. Unless you want to sell your products just in nice weather areas (LA, SF...). Given that your company/products is getting popular in the nation, think about longer and bigger handles/shoulder straps when you talk to your factory next time.
