The pictures are wrong. Sailor Cosmos has a solid,white, robe. If this is an original pictures than the creators need to work more on the memories of the character designs. And tus in the last picture she doesnt even HAVE a robe. thats so wrong.

@Hi998452XP Actually, Chibi Chibi is just Galaxia`s starseed that materialised in a human- like form. Sailor Cosmos is never mentioned in anime, even as a name. We see Chibi Chibi in a sailor suit because she embodies Galaxia`s sailor senshi`s part.

in the manga sailor cosmos is the very first form of sailor moon and sailor chibichibi is also part of cosmos...only in the anime is chibichibi part of galaxia...manga is way better than anime and well worth a read
