Course a common atheist will sit n poke fun at people busting your ass, the problem is not the arguments, its you people's mental inability to accept an argument and then you ask for an argument in the same breath, but of course this comment will either go unread or will be deleted or stereotypical atheists will regurgitate their crap and I'll end up ignoring them.

@Singebuggercat I think I made it pretty clear before, there is no point in trying to put arguments in front of atheists, objective denial comes in here where an atheist will deny any argument, or at least a weak atheist will concede but still deny the same.

Singebugg, you would deny that the sky is blue if you thought it was a threat and there would be no way for me to prove to you otherwise because of objective denial, so give that some thought the next time you ask for an argument.

Actually he's teaching a good thing for atheists as well! It's better to debunk peoples arguments with logic. I see many cristians in you tube making fun of "stupid" atheists. If an atheist maintains a logical approach and doesn't join the ridicule game, he will sound more mature and adult.

@MrKingstonAmaral well certainly it's a good idea to teach that the Ad Hominem fallacy is an intellectual fail. I can't say that I've seen a lot of christians pointing out stupid atheists, but then I don't frequent the tubes regularly. Certainly anyone, christian or atheist, deserves, as an intellectual courtesy, to have any failsome argument they make critiqued.

I noticed the audience on this guy's little presentation consists mostly of older gentlemen. I will risk a statement and say he has nothing he can teach them about rationality (or anything else), they can probably dance circles around him.

There's also the possibility his voice soothes them and they wanted a quiet place to have a nap. The last scenario is that they beat him to death because he wouldn't let them sleep.

Critical thinking (in a nutshell)

Examine argument to see if it is valid & sound; does the argument follow a logical structure & is free from fallacies (you must do your homework on this beforehand) & are the premises that supposedly logically lead to the conclusion true. Can they be backed up with references or deductive logic?

Ridicule is not a fallacy unless it is made IN PLACE of a valid & sound argument. Ridicule won't win you points but it doesn't deconstruct the rest of the argument.

Unfortunatly ridicule is an argument but of the subject matter not the person. Atheists don't ridicule christians to discredit thier arguments theists are more than capable of doing thast on their own we do it because its easy and abundantly available and very funny.
