You can buy DB shells at firequest(dot)com. They're about $5 per shell, plus hazmat fees. Illegal in Indiana, Florida and Hawaii. I was wondering why this one didn't have as much flame, and then I saw that it was homemade. The real deal emits a large amount of flame, not just a flash like this one. These chemical compounds are extremely volatile. Be careful if you want to pack your own cartridges. Great vid!

yah get some zirconium make it into powder put it in a jar dont let it touch anything, then carefully load it into ur shotgun, and bam u got dragon's breath, looks great at night, like fireworks that drools light down really good.

yes. i seen a site that has them. 9 rds cost $49.95. there is also bolo round, flachette, mini missle, pitbull, terminator, etc

yes it is. the working behind it is pretty simple too. The round is filled with ground up zirconium metal, which tends to spontaneously ignite when it's ground up that much, the charge in the shell propels the dust out of the gun and it ignites upon exposure to oxygen. A similar effect can be observed with hafnium powder.
