Hi all...for those who have commented...the geese are doing marvelously! The ducklings at the beginning of the film stayed at the house, as they were Rouens and wouldn't do well in the wild. The geese are thriving on Grandma's pond with the floating island we built them as a safe haven from landbound predators. Cheers!

yes! the children have learned to speak Polish at a language school. we were there last summer, it is WONDERFUL. have fun!
