The ground can stop his 2,000 lb body. But when he's running, however, he does use his strength. That's why he can muscle through barriers.

Rhino's powers have been enhanced to a maximum of 85 tons.

Hulk can lift well over 150 Billion tons and the Hulk writers stated Juggernaut is stronger than Hulk.

@Vynjira yeah but punching through spacetime is probably just a side-effect of the magic that enhances his abilities. Hulk is definitely stronger than Juggernaut though. Juggernaut's strength doesnt increase like the hulk's does. The advantage that Juggernaut has is that he's nearly invulnerable in most cases. So in most fights it wont really matter how strong the Hulk gets and mostly relies on whether Hulk can toss him out of the "arena".

@Harborx First off, it wouldn't have to if Juggernaut is stronger than Hulk can become. Second, invulnerability does not account for the Juggernaut's ability to overpower Hulk and Thor physically. Juggernaut nearly crushed the life out of Thor and Hulk before.

When the Hulk staff was asked who the strongest, they stated Juggernaut was because of his limitless strength. Which explains why Hulk on his own, can only remove Juggernaut from the fight and suggest Hulk has limits to his strength.

@boysphere Back in the day, before he got hyped up by Marvel, Wolverine was used more as a distraction when the X-Men fought strong villains such as Juggernaut or Magneto, because of him being so durable due to his healing factor. He's never been able to beat Juggernaut one on one, nor should he be able to. Outside of his solo comic, when he fights top-tier villains with other superheroes, the writers still use him as a "distract the villain so the other heroes can do the plan" character.
