Ok. I despise toyota, but I gotta give them credit for all their recent work to make things better. Not reallt. lol. Toyotas have been problematic for years and toyota didnt have the stones to do anything about it. And they arent even fixing the right thing. Its Your God damn computer in the car. And why the hell do they use a sponge behind the pedal? No wonder its getting stuck. Not enough force to return.
Nice yo see Toyota doing something, love how toyota takes responsability and fixes/learns from mistakes. i'm still gonna buy that prius i've always wanted ;D
Toyota hides information, doesnt issue a recall untill it kills a whole family and was forced to stop production on its recalled models because more and more cars were crashing. And the STILL think there the best of the bost? LOL if you have a death wish buy a Toyota, if you want to live go with anything BUT Toyota.
@firstmusic00 Or the fact that Akio Toyota didnt know what to say when asked about the information found at Toyota saying they knew about the problem but didnt recall untill deaths started. the company saved millions doing that. Or the fact they said the repairs done to the recalled models may not fix the problem at all.
Q. Do you think you have fixed the problem with the repairs you made?
Toyota: Not Totally.
Why does toyota let them drive the cars then? Get it?
What about all the GM and Chrysler air bags that go off out of the blue. I personally know of three, one while driving an almost new Chevy Suburban at highway speed, an Olds Achieva while runnig without anyone even in the car and a full size Dodge van parked without even the key in it. If you look it up on the net you will see it is a very common occurance. I don't personally know of anyone with a "runaway Toyota" Why are the "North American Airbags" not on the news and in front of congress?
@toyota4x4canadaguy Well the Airbags that you were talking about also go for the Toyota prius and the corolla. the airbags are prone to go off due to the fact the crash sensore can misfire. GM only had 300,000 Models affected by the airbag, Chrysler about the same, Both admited to this but Toyota has still done NOTHING!!! a growing number of people are talking about Airbags, Acceleration, Brakes, Sludge, and hiding information, if anything Congress is being to soft on Toyota. I hope they die!!!
Dude, that's because it's okay for the Ford Focus to kill dozens of peole with 11 lifethreatening recalls on one year. It's the ultimate crime for an import to hurt or inconvenience just a few. That is...if you're trying to use this to bolster your failing domestic car industry.
Providing a top car company with dangerous pedals... That's not really a good thing. So with business, I mean: ''is that fabric still going to produce the pedals to our company?''.
Try to talk to your father about the Mercedes A-Class,not sold in USA. In 1998 this model was retired from production for his high dangerous handling. Try to talk him about the Audi TT, retired for the same reason in 1999-2000 cuz a lots of people has died with that car on the german autobahn. At least tell to your father about that pedal...is came from american fabricants...greetings from Italy.

According to GM all vehicles could have sudden acceleration after a truck ran down 50 children in a school yard. Goooooo GM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
TheGreatCorneliuski 1 year ago
According to Toyota "80% of Toyota's are still on the road today." The other 20% crashed cause of the recall.
Goooo Honda!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How to throw the car into reverse with the car 100mph(160km/h)??
Kidding??
It's impossible to do that without god LoL
Yes, Smith you need God and Psychiatrist!!!
These accidents and problems are due to DRIVER'S HUMAN ERRORS and not mechanical failures.
Furthermore GM had recalled "9058" cars which are many times higher than Toyota did(669).
In short, GM and govt have no choice but to go begging Toyota for money in the name of USA PROPAGANDA!!!!!
Toyota should SUE for defamation!!!!!
