Hazrath Anas (radi Allahu anh) reports that Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) said: 'There will certainly be people from my Ummah who will attempt to legalize fornication, the wearing of silk (for males), the consuming of wine and the use of MUSICAL instruments
We see again the truthfullness of our noble Prophet. He told us that there will be people in this Ummah who will attempt to legalize Musical instruments. We are seeing it happening.

MashaAllah! I too don't listen to music. May Allah forgive us all. It would've been more halal if it was done acapella. May Allah (swt) reward us for our intentions and help us.

Islam is not white or black! :) We muslims should learn, that islam is a very clever religion. If it vorbit something it has a hidden goal. Music is haram if it drang you to make some bad, or to get feelings they are bad. If music is made with a nobel goal, like an nasheed, and help you to think on Allah (s.w.a.), how can it be haram? Allah may help us to stay on the right past. Amin;)
