I know, I know, people really like to hate on Bloody Roar 4. Well, there's a new game confirmed for the series, ANDD its being made under Konami's leadership, so y'all can shut up now cause this series is going back to being KICKASS!!!

@nerofrost6591 Yes, because a game that was just announced with currently no significant details whatsoever like play mechanics, trailers, or a full character roster automatically qualifies as kickass and the fact that it's now being handled in part by a company not well known for their fighters must make it that much more amazing. That's sound logic... but I think I'll wait until 2012 for a better look at the game. I already own them all, so I should keep tabs.

In any event, it's about time.

@Rhiorrha Yeah, I already found out. In just so much disbelief, I crawled up in a fetal position constantly repeating "no, no, no,no..." It felt like all my Hopes and Dreams were crushed. Hopefully the only good thing that can come out of this is that fans would still buy this game if it was created. If I was President of Konami, I would consider making this game due to the overwhelming response this hoax got.

@btkirb I know I don't like it as one who has played them all. If you like what you see, all I can say is to give it a try. I haven't checked, but it's probably not terribly expensive.

This game,although not like the other epic 3 games, is still a fun game with a ton of cool combos.the forcefield thing is breakable its takes a ton more time to do so but still possible.I wish the original characters were unlocked in the get go also, but still a fun game to bring thumb blisters to many bloody roar fans :P

This Game Doesn't Look Bad. But We Also Like Games Like Bomberman Act Zero And Sonic The Hedgehog For The 360. We Also Like Other Low Rated Games.

So, I should avoid this title? I'm a new fan of the series(got Primal Fury yesterday) and I think I need more Bloody Roar.

@DuskShark Well, if you're a fan of the series, you'll likely pick them all up anyway, but if you honestly had to choose them, then yes, avoid it. Some mags gave it abysmal scores and one cited it as a "Sequel Nobody Asked For", so I think that's your answer.

What were Hudson and Eighting thinking with this fourth installment? The previous games, along with Primal Fury, had breakable walls (like in Fighting Vipers) but BR4 took away that aspect by confining the stages in a magical force field. How stupid is that? This game pretty much ended the Bloody Roar series.

I'm kinda sad, because I never got to play Primal Fury. I have 2 and 4. 3 I'm not sure if it's worth getting and I don't have an Xbox, so Extreme is out of the question. Oh well, at least I have 2.
