@Judblitch2000 It's a Wicked Flows exhaust, I was super happy with it when I had the truck. The video I shot is a little distorted, sounded great for a V6
@titusdrakemovies I've gone muddin a few in this truck, pm me your email and ill send a couple pics of my muddy mess truck. Unfortunatly I had to sell it last year, I miss that damn truck so bad!
@TheBlackTaco08 k sweet, i have a shit load of friends who go mudding all the time..alot of little wiggers in our town with lifted trucks but they never go mudding...fags..
@TheBlackTaco08 thanks..is there a way to give it that same look with a 4 inch lift...because i cant afford the six inch lift...and what do you mean by straight suspension lift?
@georgiaboy353 Well if your going with the 4" I would probably go with 33" tires. I even had rubbing with a 6"/35" combo so 35" on a 4" lift I think would be way to big of tire. I think it would still look good with a 4". What I meant by straight suspension, maybe I shouldn't have phrased it like that, but I only had a suspension lift, no body lift. A lot of people add a couple inch body lift with their suspension lifts as well. Which I think is unsafe. Do you have a double cab or access?
@georgiaboy353 ok, IMO a 6" would look best on the double cab, but only do what you can afford. I've spent outside my means and that resulted in me having to sell my truck :( maybe save till you can afford the 6". My 6" procomp cost $1450
@TheBlackTaco08 and im guessin the 1450 dont include tires and insilation? also someone said once you put on a 6 inch lift you cant take it off...is that cause they were tlkin about a body lift or suspension lift?
@georgiaboy353 haha, no no. That was just the lift. My total work was $5000, but included lift, tires, rims(i had expensive rims $259 each) K&N intake, and labor. I talked them down about $800. But I over did it a bit probably. You can probably get a better deal with some cheaper rims and such. Plus with the economy the way it is you can get a better deal probably.
@TheBlackTaco08 haha ight i got another question ( no shocker there) whats the rim size ? and you were sayin your still had some rubbing?? bad enough that i should get a smaller tire?
@georgiaboy353 If I remember correctly my rim size was 16x9, it's been a while. They were RBP rims, loved them. To the rubbing issue, it wasn't bad enough to make want smaller tires. It was rubbing the plastic well above the tires. My tires eventually wore enough of the plastic where it didn't rub anymore, unless I had heavy passenger it would rub. REMEMBER though your gas milage is gonna go way down! I was barely getting 11 mpg. to answer the lift taking off, I think they weld some components.
@georgiaboy353 why the fuck would you wanna take it off? but you can do anything you want if you got the money and time man... and no JUST the lift kit its self would be like 1450, NOT includin tires, rims, or install....
@TheWaterfowler99 haha, in this video a little bit maybe. Guess it didn't help it was shot on an iphone. Sounded a lot better in person. Like I've said before I sold the truck though.
I had 17" BRP rims. Rolling Big Power, they have two types with the black rims. I had the 5-spoke rim with the chrome insert, they also have an 8 spoke I think it is. I liked them alot, got alot of compliments. Thanks for viewing.
Damn, that IS wicked! Bad ass truck. And the sound is tremendous. Did you also have a cold air intake or just the exhaust. Best sound I've heard. I put a MPRB exhaust on and it's decent but still sounds v6ish. Yours had a throatier sound. Sorry you had to sell that bad boy.
@theilluminatinos I'm not saying it is or not, all im doing is letting people hear what the Wicked Flows exhaust sounds like in case they are looking into getting one. Besides I sold the truck so it's not even mine anymore. Everybody is entitled to their opinion.
@TheBlackTaco08 it probably sounds good in person..i have straights on my taco and it sounds like crap on video. thats why im not going to post it on here because it is 2 totally different sounds.
@vern718 o my bad nice truck though looks really good. my buddy has an o7 and it has led tail lights i guess the person he bought it from changed them out
Did you have the stock piping connect up to the 3'' inlet and just run 3'' pipes the rest of the way or did you get the 3'' pipes all the way up to the headers?
@chargerbaseball55 Actually I originally had a TRD cat back and when I got this installed the used the trd pipe from the cat to the muffler. I believe it was 2 1/2" or so. He stretched the muffler exit pipe to put the 3" outlet. So if i'm correct its a 2 1/2 in and a 3" out.
Ah nice. I've heard alot of the clips and I like the WF exhaust better than all the rest Ive heard. Looked into it and it looks like their stuff is really high qual, materials and workmanship. This will be my next exhaust, and not just because I also have a BSP Tacoma Sport.....lol
Basically its just the muffler, I have no headers, with cats on. I have a K&N Intake, which makes the engine sound alot different. But the exhaust is just the muffler. I wouldn't mind getting headers down the road
That sounds amazing. I would love to have one on my tacoma. Do you still have your cats and stock headers? Also, what size in and out pipes do you have?
sounds MEAN!!!!
