  • By the way that floor looks very hard and unforgiving doesnt it??

  • I have a signed autograph from her.... Shes so wonderful.... a triple at this stage.... and to think 2 years before people were doing single backs in the olympics.....

  • @tomsk14 lol natalia's mi coach! She coaches me and the other gymnasts who compete:)

  • great routine..and i did not know that a triple twist was done in the 70's

  • Phenomenal routine, ridiculous difficulty and amazing choreography. The soviet choreographers ALWAYS had perfect choreography to match both the music and the gymnast.

  • @gymnasticsloverxoxo I know; it incredible isnt it? She was coached by one of the most innovative geniuses ever Vladislav Rastorotsky, who also coached Ludmila Tourischeva, Natalia Yurchenko, Olga Bicherova and Albina Shishova(first woman to do roundoff tucked full on beam, she showcased it at the 1983 Worlds, and its named after her, the tucked full twist). You can see the hours spent at the ballet bar in the choreo cant you? Its just beautiful.

  • @gymnasticsloverxoxo That's what I miss the most about the Soviet era, that unmatched choreography: Tourischeva, Illienko, Mostepanova, Omelianchik, even Shushunova, more the tumbler, looked beautiful in Seoul...

  • TRIPLE TWIST! Shapo, i didn't know you could do that!
