Its a lot easier to incapacitate him with the anesthetic gun. You can take him out with ONE HEADSHOT using the blue pistol. thats pretty much the entire match.( i dont know if the number of shots required to take him out with anesthetics varies from difficulty.)

Take taht 2 bullet shotgun, with it shoot him in the head and you will take all his life with one shoot. ;)

I got so close to beating him in the boss extreme, trouble was i couldnt stab him with the needle before he recovered. No rations left, no food left that heals. Man hes fucking impossible on that difficulty

Use the Rail Gun and charge it while he "runs away". He'll die 2-3 shots (Afaik it's 3 shots in "Solid Normal")

Or use the M82. It deals amazingly high damage.

or just use a pistol and shoot him in the head he will die with one head shot.

Head shot with any gun with good accuracy, stand behind him, and as soon as he stands up grab him and give him the shot. Worked for me..

U can fire more rounds faster with Saiga-12 shotgun BTW. That will take about a minute and a half maybe quicker to take him down.

I use the automatic shotgun loaded with the V-Rings light into his ass until his psyche gauge is drained. Grab him from behind hold R1 and press triangle with the syringe equipped.

I can never grab him from behind. I press R1 but for some reason I don't grab him. I push him.

u switched the thingy that u eat rations change it to the thing that naomi gives u and grabs him from behind hold R1 and press triangle

rayrex1994: Follow these steps to kill Vamp.

1)Choose your strongest weapon (i used the 6 shot greenade luancher aquired from Raging Raven) And attack Vamp till his health drops really low. Like 3%.

2)Get him close to you and finish him off.

Now you only have like 3seconds to do this.

3)Hold L2 and equip the sringe and tap R2 slightly (this should automaticly make you equip the knife)

4)stand on vamp and just as he gets up hold R1 and then press Triangle.

And he should die.

The best time to get him with the syringe is while he's regenerating, so yes, you have to get his health down first. I pwned vamp in like two minutes.

you have to have it, you get it at the end of act 2 and you cant lose it

majly: You should have the syringe. Are up to this fight? If so hold L2 and the syringe should be there. If it isn't then press start go to items and search for it. Press X and switch it with something on your L2 list.

Nah Vamp isn't immortal his nanomachines have been perfected to the point that he heals almost instantaneously

this is not the (bigboss mode). vamp dont take you that easily and his attacks takes off a quarter of your life. you can only do cqc after uve killed him once. then u can press r1 and triangle.

Just throwin it out there but when i fight him if i get a head shot it depletes all his health or staming depending on what gun you use, never figured out how to win had to call otocan like 20 times before he told me now i just cant kill the damn gekko's

ive got an easier way to do it, i just waited until i killed him again and got behind him when he came back to life and thats when i grabbed him.

You have to get behind him and CQC grab him. As you can see, I am not very good at CQC grabbing, but I wait until he does that spinning attack and then I run up behind him and grab him. I take all his life away with gun fire, and then use the syringe. However, I do not know if it is mandatory. I have never tried beating him through depleting his stamina.
