"The Rapture" was dreamt up about 175 years ago by a woman in England named Margaret MacDonald. It was introduced to the U.S. by John Nelson Darby (invented Dispensationalism). American Evangelists ate it up! Scofield embedded marginal notes in his version of the KJV. Once it was in the Bible (howbeit, marginal notes) it just had 2b true. BUT it is actually a MONEY MAKING ENTERPRISE that gullible people support. FYI: Natural disasters have been occuring since the Stone Age.
