i got to admit i was looking forward to this game but the ps3 port is just shit, really pissed off . if you have a ps3 i would miss this cause of the poor frame rate as well as skate 2,................. fml
@deanmetalface did you ever got the update from sega? seriously it helps improve all the loading times and the frame rate issues, the skip this cutscene button is actually worth pressing after i updated the game. i just don't want you to miss out on like the best action game ever created :)

this game looks good and all, but two problems:
1. It's another typical DMC cop out.
2. why angels? I have never heard of angels being bad guys, throughout lore, angels have helped people, and the fact that they are trying to kill her instead of help is out of context and very distorted. It makes no sense.

Looks similar to Devil may cry. I'm not impressed. Too much going on the screen during gameplay, too flashy, too crazy. I liked devil may cry, but this looks like meh. Might be good if you're a 14 year old adrenaline junky who gets a boner looking at the female protagonist... other than that? I'll pass.
The game does have a few really cool style elements though, like the high-heel guns. That's pretty awesome and innovative. Interesting to see how that works in the gameplay acrobatics.
it's a 'what if' question, pay more atention. people are already bashing the game (that is barely half way done) saing it is [put name of a game here] on [put name of a drug here] while all that is know about the game is the gender of the protagonist, so i'm asking is people would have done the same to Metroid if they knew Samus' gender before the game came out.

If this game doesn't have any swords like DMC then I'll be disapointed...You could use both guns and Swords and various other weapons with Dante in DMC4 so I really hope that they'll do the same here.

My mistake, Shinji Mikami produced 3 and directed 4. Mikami was one of the lead designers at Clover with Kamiya. So, forgive me. Kamiya was actually given responsibility to make 4 but ended up creating Devil May Cry on accident. So, Capcom switched him to a new project instead of making RE4.

You're thinking of Itsuno-san, the guy who turned DMC in the direction its been going in so far from 3 (he also directed 2, the true botch-up of the series).
Oh yeah right. So itsuno was the one that decided to make DMC 4 a botched game. Cool. Ok. And I agree. DMC 2 was a true botch up and im comparison DMC 4 is better than DMC 2. Yet that's not saying a lot.
Can someone please explain to me just HOW Itsuno could make SUCH a dog's dinner of DMC 2, make up for it so spectacularly in DMC 3, then take a horrible nose dive AGAIN in number 4?
If anything Hideki Kamiya is going to prove to everyone at Capcom just how AWESOME Devil May Cry 4 MIGHT have been if he was still at the helm of that franchise. Bayonetta is potentially going to throughly EMBARRASS Capcom and Itsuno, and I for one would welcome that. :)

No. He only worked on 1, then Capcom made the sequel without telling him, because they still owned the rights.
You're thinking of Itsuno-san, the guy who turned DMC in the direction its been going in so far from 3 (he also directed 2, the true botch-up of the series).

Oh yeah right. So itsuno was the one that decided to make DMC 4 a botched game. Cool. Ok. And I agree. DMC 2 was a true botch up and im comparison DMC 4 is better than DMC 2. Yet that's not saying a lot.

Can someone please explain to me just HOW Itsuno could make SUCH a dog's dinner of DMC 2, make up for it so spectacularly in DMC 3, then take a horrible nose dive AGAIN in number 4?
If anything Hideki Kamiya is going to prove to everyone at Capcom just how AWESOME Devil May Cry 4 MIGHT have been if he was still at the helm of that franchise. Bayonetta is potentially going to throughly EMBARRASS Capcom and Itsuno, and I for one would welcome that. :)
