I think that one can still have faith and belive in Christ even if they stumble and dont show it all the time. If salvation was dependent upon how we as people acted or presented ourselves to the world, no one could receive it. It is dependent on God alone, not us. I agree fruit of the spirit will be evident if someone belives, but this is just a band, and not every aspect of the individual members lives is going to be shown. Maybe it is somewhere else in their lives that it is more evident.
