Yeah, pity, the most of this anime's watchers see nothing but romance of V/H; they don't notice H/F although their relationship was primary and it's important too as well as V/H.

I remember many years back when I first saw the anime in german. I never liked Van, because he was such an emo.. so aggressive, full of rage and at times SO-DAMN-CHILDISH. I just wasnt able to like him. First: I came HitomiXAllen-fan. But Im a gloomy, easily depressed person myself, who at times just thinks too much of the bad things in this world.. the things i have on my own consciense, too. So I got interested in folken.. then read a HxF-fic.. and tadaa: I fell in love! :)

Hehe :) As to me I fell in love at the very same time I saw Folken. I like characters like this - strong, steady, dark and dramatic, and tragic.

And yeah, I don't like Van. He isn't the kind of person I love. He's too childish and he's such a great emo.

I really like this amv! It's well done, and Hitomi/Falken=<3 But I dunno...I liked the anime way more than I liked the movie. The movie kinda reminded me of a bad AU fanfic. The only parts I liked in the movie were when Hitomi and Falken interacted. But, I don't like how they made Hitomi so very emo and they never give us a reason. I DO like Folkien's hair better in the movie, though, but he's just not Folken without his claw! *sigh* I missed his claw. I cried when I saw he had both hands.

I'm very glad you liked the vid. ^^ I do love this pair, so I wanted to accentuate their relationship. Pity, not so many people notice their interaction; not so many watchers are attend to them, distracted by Van/Hitomi.

I love the anime more than the movie too. The anime is more interesting, more touching. And I do like anime's characters.

All that I love in movie's Folken are his image and his hair style. xD And I do like his cute claw in anime (it reminds me of Darth Vader, lol xD )

Thank you, I'm glad you liked it. And I'm very glad you share my opinion too. Yes, exactly, most people see only the main pair - Van and Hitomi, so romantic and touching, cutting dead the other, very important part of the plot - Folken/Hitomi relationship, which is really the big part of basis of plot.

As to me, I think too, that their mutual bond is the one of the most interesting points of this movie's plot.
