  • is it very windy there all the time? Did you measure the energy output? I'd be interested in knowing what that was during this time period.

  • Can someone please explain to me how the horizontal wind turbine doesn't twist up the wires coming out of it? If it can spin 360 degrees and the generator is behind the blades, how does it not twist the wires over and over again when the wind changes direction?

  • @enticed2zeitgeist Most wind turbines have something called a slip ring. The slip ring has brushes that transfer the voltage/amperage to the stationary wires while letting the head of the turbine rotate freely. I have a couple wind turbines that actually have wire coming straight off the alternator. I usually have to check to see if they are twisted every 6-8 months.... they usually are not . The turbine turns one direction then back and doesn't circle around... usually, is the key word.

  • @bentlysharris Thank you very much for your information. Is there any notable energy loss through the slip ring? Where can I find myself one of those?

  • hi nice video. thanks is the wind turbine under load or free spin.

  • Good video. Wind blue make's a good PMA. Love the setup, keep the video's coming

  • Is that a wind blue wind generator in the background ?

  • Yes the one in the front, the one in the rear is a modified alternator.

  • What kind of amps are you getting out of the wind blue ?
