yah 98% of filipinos do speak English, but that doesnt mean all of these people speak it fluently, come on, english is just our second language, we do have troubles in our grammar and the stractures of our sentence. wala naman kaseng ibang deserving....mostly di naman maganda like Guttierez,Laudato and Areola, di rin naman matatalino. Yung ibang medyo maganda, wala namang X-factor....so kung bobo lahat, dito na lang tayo sa maganda at marunong pumorma. that's it!
