hey guys. i've watched all your vids by now and have one question. how do you two make the beet not so dominant in your drink. rich, i got your ebook (on my desktop 'puter) and i'm pretty sure you've got a beet in those recipes, like pretty much all your video recipes. you're absolutely right...the beet is great for endurance..but i'm having a tough time drinking it without having the urge to regurgitate it. any suggestions would be appreciated. thanks.
