SoyLaJefa -- it's not one video because I recorded it on my regular camera and it can only take brief video clips.

fun2collect: No, they will never fully harden (royal icing would harden completely but is not pleasant to eat, while these are very nice to eat). They can be put onto the cake by using a pair of clean scissors -- slightly open the scissors, slide the two blades under the flower, hold the flower over your cake where you want it, "snip" the blades together and pull the scissors out.

WOW great job, the blowers look amazing, just one question will the buttercream completely harden when you put it in the fridge? and how will you put the flowers onto the cake?
