Dr Thio, Ms Josie & her team of pious ladies have NO intention to seize Aware to preach Christian values. They wish to promote a moral and harmonious Singapore. So many China women have destroyed our fellow Singporeans' marriages & families. They would wish to criminalise adultery. The new exco has changed their stand many times. As I recall they went and challenge the old guard solely on Homosexuality agenda and nothing else.
I would really not trust Josie when she claim that she will defend a Lesbian for unfair treatment, especially when she is already discriminating her status.

The main issue I hope will be addressed is this: whether homosexuality is being propogated in schools that it is neutral, i.e. it is OK to be homosexuals, an acceptable lifestyle. The EGM is amazing. After looking at many of the women who came in support of the old guard, the one question that comes to my mind is: "Are they women?" Someone should have verified that before allowing them to vote. To me, the result of the vote is null and void

Throughout her speech, she had a disgrunted look on her face. i'm assuming she was frustrated because the media was not allowed entry at the start of the EGM, but i felt a lack of professionalism shown by her, during just now's Channel 5 News Telecast, shown at 9.30pm.

Yes, of course from a reporter's/media's stand, it would be of sheer frustration if they aren't allowed entry (especially when their basic aim is to report news). What is the best way to show what REALLY happened? Of course it's preferable to see real videos than to hear reported stuff from people. Sure she (and the rest) would be angry. She overdid in showing her anger, but I think that she should go ahead with it, but make it subtler. We should push SG's direction into more freedom of speech:)
