Cronus isn't a Titan, but he is their brother. He is, as you probably know, the father of the Olympian Gods (Zeus, Posidon, Hades etc), but is not a Titan himself, which is proven by the fact that he is also related to the Cylopes

Cronus is a Titan. If the fact that he was related to the Cyclops mattered to his being a Titan, then his siblings wouldn't be either. (All born from Ouranos and Rhea.) He is, however, the youngest of the all which is where the confusion lies. Hesiod's Theogony is /pretty much/ the bible of Greek Mythology and clearly states Cronus as being a Titan.

One just has to be careful while reading the family tree in mythology since there's a lot of weird things that go on in there.
