@theandyandsamyshow I used audacity to remove most of the instruments. I just set up my instruments so it fitted the rest that was on the original. just browse for vocal extraction tutorial

yes. This is an industry standard software. it is called Cubase sx 3. Used by djs like Zany and tiesto as well as rock band and pop artists.
