  • No it didn't because the women that created the mess above me was drunk and left her bathtub on because she was in a fight with her mother.

  • Well, at least there's a nice, reasonable explanation. I was going to suggest that you ask your upstairs neighbor to see a urologist.

    Either way, I hope your landlord did a good job cleaning and patching it up.
