  • Sweet !!!!! RHD 2 cool !

  • Very NICE :)

  • Elvis had 1 of these, it didn't start 1 morning so he shot it.

  • this guy is the first "man, tease" i have ever seen....how bout backing it up, chuck...so i can see the curves..a burn out would also bee nice..just a thought.

  • Look at that wing! Reminds me of the Countach. Awesome car.

  • Sounds like a mad panther too! :)

  • Holy fuck!

  • Amazing car! Exactly the same as a Lamborghini Countach but still nice!

  • how did you pay for the beauty

  • Nice car. What you hear above is the standard exhaust & carb set-up for the Pantera's. To hear what a Pantera Grp4 sounds like with quad Webers & factory 180 degree GRP 4 exhaust system, Goggle:- Pantera grp4 & also hear howling Ferrari 250 GTO racing thru the streets of Paris running the red traffic lights. Plus 2x FORD GT 40's racing down mountain pass filmed by me from a minature, remote 2-stage jet helicopter camera platform, more pics going up as we speak.

  • I love this car.

    It's so rare.

Breathtaking to see and hear. Wow...

  • A lot of the later ones used Aussie made 351 Clevelends.

  • This car is beautiful,I love the wing, its old school cool.was the blue factory paintjob?,or custom?..and i noticed the short axles on the gearbox.are those PTO's?..what Ford tranny did Pantera use?

  • @63echo the car has been repainted, and the colour is a Maserati colour, the tranny used by all Panteras is not Ford, it is from ZF

  • @steveirl ford did help with the engine and body

  • @steveirl yep. ZF= high quality german engineering! ;-)

  • @utuberevlimitracing I wouldn't unless i was sitting in the drivers seat of this car. Fortunately, there are people out there willing to stand up. you should google "german throws puppy at hells angels" for a hilarious news story from a few weeks back.

  • this car would send a whole pack of hells angels home crying. What a beast of an engine!

  • @sarpedon1080 i would dare you to say that to a pack of hells angels,

    lol or even one.

  • I just wet myself!

  • OMG jizz. Pure "domination" :P

  • That car is just pure sex.

  • I came.

  • this is beauty!!!!!

  • One of the nicest Pantera's I've seen!

  • THis car eats people!

  • awesome car!

  • Awesome!

  • That isn't just a car... its pornography.

  • I wanna hear this car in a tunnel!! How much does a car like this in good condition cost today ?

  • if you run it a little longer in that closed space and die can I have it

  • that whip is bad as fuck

  • If the sound turns you'all on...goggle detomaso pantera Grp4 and listen to a Grp4 with quad Webers exhausting thru a factory set of 180 degree pipes...

  • Great looking Pantera... and Best Sounding car I've heard on the 'net so far... I want to make my '86 Monte Carlo and '75 MG Midget V8 sound like that... hope I don't need to attach a garage to them to make them sound like that all the time... :)

  • Sweet ride dude ;)

  • Dang such a good looking car.

  • Amazing car! Sounds so good...

  • Your lucky, it is an amazing car. Nice video, love how the sound was so loud it moves the sitting camera!

  • Italian look, American sound!

  • @Logik426

American muscle in an Armani suit.

  • Thats the best description I've seen of this car on here yet. Well said!

  • Such a sexy car, De Tomaso ftw.

  • Fuck me....how loud is that...very nice

  • @2s1c2o1t2t1

Very loud lol.....look at the video you can see it moves the camera!!

  • @steveirl holy crap i just noticed that! awesome car!

  • @2s1c2o1t2t1 - What u hear above is the standard carb & exhaust set-up for Panteras. To hear what a street Pantera GRP4 sounds like with quad Webers & a factory 180 degree exhaust, Goggle:- Pantera grp4 - Also hear/see FERRARI 250 GTO V12 howling thru the streets of Paris, running all the red traffic lites plus 2x FORD GT40's racing down mountain pass, filmed by me from remote, miniature 2-stage jet helicopter, camera platform.

  • Spotted one of these babies the other day, supreme set of wheels my friend, totally bad ass!

  • thats v8 power! i heard this sound live =D its brutal.. like a big v8 truck

  • Insane Sound!

  • Listen to that bad boy roar, incredible bro!

  • Nice

  • Fantastic sound! Rolling thunder!! Makes me tingle in a way no mechanical thing should!!

  • Alejandro De Tomaso an Argentinian,Tom Tjiarda is United States,a German fro the transaxle...& the company (De Tomaso Automobili...) was funded in Italy by Alejandro De Tomaso...is'nt that amaizing!!!!????god bless Argentina and the world...

  • Wikipedia is amazing

  • *coughs* WEAK!.... nah just kidding bro. that is one of the sickest cars i've seen. yours is by far the best looking one i've seen in a while.

  • This thing must get 5mpg haha

  • so what? I prefer less than 5.

  • I have always dreamed of owning one of these cars with a cosworth engine from a indy car dont think it would do 200 but I wouldnt even try that fast anyway

  • Luis the Boss 302 Mustang used a 302 Cubic Inch engine (about 5.0L). NOT a Blown 6.5L and Ive never heard of the Mach 3 im assuming you mean Mach One the Pantera had a 351 Cleveland (where it was built) in it.

  • the pantera has a italian design and was made in italy and only has american engine made by ford this engine was made in the same factory wer the gt 40 engine was made

  • Designer Tom Tjiarda is american, the engine is american too, the transaxle is german. I can't see anything italian here

  • made by an Italian company, De Tomaso.

  • assembled by a Italian company

  • you seem to know little about the company and how they built cars!

  • gauges were made by Veglia Borletti, so there's something Italian in a Pantera

  • well the pantera has if i wrong a 6.5 v8 supercharged the same as the boss 302 and the mach 3 so it produces around 456 the gt5 has 524 or somewhere around those numbers

  • Hey benho!! Panteras had 351 Ford "Cleveland" engines in them... same motor as some of the Boss Mustangs. You could get serviced at a local Ford dealer for one-tenth the price of a Ferarri. Why don't you get serviced!

  • No, it's Italian.

  • SEXY!!!!

  • how many cubes in the 6.5L engine?

  • 392

  • that's awesome man, beautiful car. how many horses are you putting down to the pavement, also what is the curb weight including driver and a full tank of gas?

  • The car is putting down 450bhp and 460ft/lb torque, I replaced the original 351 with a new stroked 392 windsor motor and had it blueprinted. All Panteras had 351 Cleveland or Windsor in later cars. thanks for the nice comments

  • that sick man, i'm an Oldsmobile die-hard, but a kick-ass car is a kick-ass car!

  • dang!!! it scare me

  • You know Elvis owned one of these things and one day he went to start it up and drive it but it wouldn't start. Sooo, Mr. Presley proceeded to grab his 45 and he put a couple of bullet holes in the damn car. Id say he gave it a good funeral.

  • lies

  • its true

  • its true ive read about it on wikipedia

  • Yep the story of Elvis & the Pantera are true.

  • Is that right hand drive?

  • Awesome car.

  • these cars r really nice does anyone know a price for one

  • I have seen the range from 8900-54k. Depending on model and mods/miles.

  • I love this car for it's recipe, so simple and genius with Italian flair and American power. Great car! Surprised this sort of thing doesn't come across more often

  • ford fuck up when they wanted their lincoln dealership sell them to old people. wrong market to wrong buyers. only ford can fuck up like that!

  • all you pantera fans should see the '87 film banzai runner.

  • test

  • Cool!Is this GT5S right? I have a GT4 in Japan.

  • I think I just jizzed twice.....

  • Italian design, American muscle. Doesn't get much better than that :D

  • @Ebbeboy Except German design with American muscle.

  • @420witchdoctor German design?? lol

  • The later ones used Australian built 351 clevelends.

  • awesome!!

the sickest sound i've ever heard!

  • in love..

  • i want one black

  • your car sounds sick as man. How much is it to buy one of those ????

  • i love the pantera it's my favorite car....yours is beautiful.

  • Sounds amazing. I seen a red one park on someones driveway when i went fishing with my dad.

  • sweet!!

  • it's either this car or a countach for me, they're just so badass! ferrari's? hmmmm i dunno, ferrari's are so refined thats why i like the countach or this better, this cars just dont give a damn!

  • i didnt know that u could get right hand drive Panteras

  • You realize its an Italian car, right? With Ford engine, right?

  • i realize that italians and continental europe are all left hand drive as well as the americans. but in britain its right hand drive

  • lovely car!

  • man, there are no words....

  • ohh the sound of that engine just gave me a chubby! wish i had one parked in my garage.

  • i like the pantera a lot more with out the tail fin,

  • Me too

  • PLease post some more videos with this car!

  • Holy shit, you moved the camera with the sound of that beast

  • This actually sounds like the beginning of the old "Speed Racer" cartoons. Very nice car!

  • I see your in wicklow! didnt know there where any pantera's in ireland..have you had or are you bringing her to any shows?..i love these cars would like to check it out

  • On my signal....RELEASE HELL!!!!

    AWESOME sound!!!

  • Very nice, my dad used to own a 71 Pantera. His was blueprinted and balanced and had a lot of work done to the motor. He had to use jet fuel or premium with a shit ton of octane boost for it to run right, but that thing would fly. He passed a cop on the high way doing over 150 and the cop just watched him go by, lol. He had problems with wheel bearings going out on wet days, and it over heating in heavy traffic though. He sold it when my younger sister was born.

  • thats not a car sound.. thats porn! and man does it do the job! :oP awesome car dude!

  • omg that's the best engine i ever heard

  • Wow awesome machine man... I had the volume turned way up because I thought that the rumbling at the beginning was the Pantera, then jumped out of my seat when you started it up, heh. Real nice car.

  • Where's the website of that thing.

    Cheers, Dink.

  • lol again 2 L fuel tru the engine :p

    nice sounde!!!!

  • holy shit...

  • Beautiful car. You're a lucky man.

  • please post some more vids of that hottness...

  • Im workin on it, hopw to get one of it on the road soon. thanks

  • Fumes? I quite sure i wouldnt start a car in an enclosed garage... unless i wanted to commit suicide.

  • back and side doors were open.

  • im glad you are here to write back! Regards Andy.

  • Great. Now i need new pants!

  • my nieghbor has thi car

  • saw the link on fchat, great car :)

  • There is car that is more beautiful than a PANTERA

  • great

  • I take it this is the same one that was in the dyno video on Streetfire?... That one almost had an accident.

  • nope, not same car

  • whoops... just the spoiler on the back looked like the one on that car. By accident I mean it almost walked off the dyno.

  • Quite good.

  • nice, very nice

  • this car reminds me the lamborghini countach. They have a similar syle.

  • The Pantera came out in 1971. The prototype Countach came out in 1971 but the production car in 1973.

  • too short

  • Wow, scary monster in that car! What's the gas mileage on that thing? lol.

  • Badass

  • Love the Pantera. Exotic looks, with a good old Ford v8. I'm confused about the 6.5 litre engine comment, as the 351 is a 5.8. Do you have an aftermarket engine in your car??

  • No, I did replace the engine with a new one, but its the original type Windsor V8 only stroked slightly to 392 cub. ins

  • ok steve, in the next video you'll make it move for us, right? ;-)

  • fair enuf m8

  • you've got a very nice car, but if you were to fit the original Campagnolo wheels and remove that stupid useless wing it'll be even nicer

  • The car has the original factory magnesium wheels, and the wing is also original factory fit. Its a GT5S totally original except for the mildly uprated engine. I intend to keep it original, as it was when built.

  • Steve, I didn't mean to offend neither you nor your wonderful car, it's magnificent (apart from the wing). You do what you please, of course. Cheers!!!

  • I am not taking offence m8, and sorry if I gave that impression. the wheels do look oversize in the vid, but they are the orig factory campag mag wheels, 10" front and 13" wide rear. I wouldnt change them. As for the wing, I have seen cars without it and the car looks brilliant, but I dont want to change its originality. I also dont want to plug the decklid with filler.

    Steve

  • I personally think it looks better with with the wing. I'm biased. I have a 930 turbo, looks much better with the Whale Tail than the 3.2 Carrera.

  • There is no such thing as a stock Pantera..These cars are made to be customized to each owners unique desire and quest for looks or speed.Thats what makes all Pantera owners different from the rest of all exoctic car owners.

  • WOOW

  • Ohh, that's niiice...

  • This noise is music for my ear:D

  • ultra evil.

  • 8D, this sound goog

  • yum! yum! :D
