Kyle died the day before his birthday! Well, at least his birthday can be spent in the best place there is, but i would rather it be on Earth, than Heaven. :)
I agree, he was driving much too fast, but i'm sure he never thought this would happen. It's one of those mistakes that you just can't take back, no matter how much you wish you could, and you regret the rest of your life.
And ladylike1980, money can not replace those sweet, innocent children, so i dont believe it matters how much money they would get out of this. I dont believe it would be a comfort at all while their grieving over their children.
Punktiiii, I agree, he was driving much too fast. But i'm sure he never thought this would happen. It's one of those mistakes that you just can't take back, no matter how much you wish you could, and you regret the rest of your life.
So even though he should've been driving more slower, i don't hold a grudge.
Who puts bicycle helmets on their kids in the car? They were all in car seats, seat belts buckled. The only way this accident could have been prevented is if the truck driver was paying attention and wasn't driving so fast.
Copenhhagen, you have some serious issues and you need to stop posting on the videos here.
for the loss of these children. However, for some reason, the car they were in came to a complete stop in the middle of the highway.
A loaded big rig cannot stop at the drop of a hat. This was a tragic accident. The truck driver should not be blamed. He tried to stop to avoid this. This may be car driver error or something was wrong with the car they were in.
I don't blame the truck driver. I know he tried to stop in time and he tried to help one of the girls as she wasn't breathing. But he was driving MUCH to fast and if he wouldn't ... maybe they would live now.
In my state the speed limit is 55 on some highways and 65 on others. But, a lot of people drive much faster than that. A loaded rig should never been speeding because that truck needs plenty of time to stop. I would
hope that the family received a lot of money
in the settlement. Not that it will bring their children back - but it's one small comfort.
it so sad. i can't even belive this happen. it so sad they seemed like suck great kids who loved life. but i know they looking down at there parents from haven. and there all toghte

This comment has received too many negative votes show
All this could have been prevented if they would have put bicycle helmets on those little rascals. Best wishes.
