  • what yogurt has 33g of sugar?!?!

  • I'm a15 year girl I'm fat and I'm trying to lose weight im going to cut the sugar and all the junk food I hope it works^.^

  • Might want to stay away from the Truvia it still takes your liver about 3- 6 months to detox that, stevia is a better ,I know it can be bitter but it's better for the liver, just saying, but great video.

  • i never knew about the body treating bread like it does with sugar.... thanks

  • Hey! Have you tried the Fat Blast Furnace (search on google)? Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my mate lost insane amounts of fat.

  • I will be cutting down all sugars in my diet.

  • I am excited to start the diet. I am 5'1 and weigh 147lbs. I just turned 40 and find its not so easy to drop the weight anymore. I have 4 kids from 19-3 and will be a grandma this month! It's time to get into shape! I look forward to keeping ya posted!

  • Lose 10 Pounds in 10 Days not true hard work and dedication and he takes a lifetime to lose weight on average in 10 days you lose 5 pounds not 10.

  • Alway's nice to see a girl in the kitchen where she belongs! :]

  • she sounds pretty cute.. in my left ear

  • ok, what about us workers who get up at 4 am to go to work everyday and we have no time to prepare a whole meal for breakfast? oh wait, i see, you make it the night before and store it in your cupboard....

  • is homemade cultured yogurt

    (made with 2% milk) anygood?

  • Im going to cut out my yogurt and milk wisb me luck

  • i was wondering if you could do a video for low sodium diet please

  • well i am thankful i found this video- its just too bad i get cravings for white bread, but i would really like to go grocery shopping to follow your advice so that i can take off weight... please help me start the journey the right way, you can pick the food

  • 4 breackfest can i eat oatmeal instead of eating an omlette with salad

  • shes cute :D

  • I've tried this diet and did not loose any weight.

  • does it work??

  • OY! As I am eating a banana - she tells me not to eat a banana.... nom nom nom.. whoops all gone. Maybe I can have the omelet and salad she had in the cupboard.

  • The problem that I need help with is when I cut sugar out of my diet "completely" I tend to crave it. It gets to the point that I end up binging! Suggestions?

  • Im freaking 14 and even I know that the human body needs a good variaty of nice food and alot of excercising. counting a banana and milk as unhealthy and to loose 10 punds in 10 days doesnt seem like good tips to me. Youll get headache and alot of symptoms of that your body is missing nutritions.

  • :O y la tortilla

  • i also keep an omlette and salad in my cupboard....

  • @paigedixon95 lol

  • what the fuck wrong with your audio woman

  • I like how you said brown rice bread- I find even with whole wheat bread-my body likes to still gain weight with that-I am wondering too if gluten is okay to eat

  • @firedmotion watch the movie "FatHead", its available for free on Hulu or Youtube. The whole wheat/grain is a scam and counterproductive for weight loss.

  • Brenda, please tell me you have a twin! WHy are you promoting lipozem? username: EasyWeightLoss4All

  • @Superman2011CJ yes........this is a bit confusing and disheartening...

  • All of the advice in this video is brilliant, but the title is very misleading. The more fat you have, the faster you lose it, so yes, morbidly obese people could possibly lose 10 pounds in 10 days.

For most normal to overweight people, that is impossible (and aiming to lose so much is dangerous in most cases). Most people see the title and click since they're lazy and want a quick fix that just doesn't exist.

Anyway, remove the "10 days" part, and this is a pretty solid video.

  • @kevluvzchips well said.

  • Good vid, I run 4 miles a day at least

  • Can you pls do a video on the special K diet, And tell me what you think about it ;).

    I love your videos. Thanks

  • stop dieting. go run

  • does this really work cause i want to lose about 10 pounds and i have till 11 days please help me and tell me how if it works or not

  • I am going to cut out the bread that I usually eat and gat that rice bread you talked about. I eat a lot of bread a day because of my schedule and I really think this would be a lot healthier. I'm also going to try that almond milk. I also drink milk a lot because I like it a lot. Thank you for the video!

  • Hi Brenda, My biggest problem is after dinner. I get very hungry, what is a healthy snack that I can eat?

  • I'm going to cut on any cereals. I was eating Nature's path organic spelt/ fruit juice sweetened but I was just fooling myself thinking it was ok since spelt is not wheat. I need to eliminate all process food no exception

  • hi i really want to lose 10 pounds in ten days, im going to NEW YORK and i wanna look fab! i'm 5'3 and 121 pounds. i like to work out but im stuck and cant move from this weight. started at 130 and have been stuck for 3 months!!!!! was gonna just eat protein and nothing else for ten days, will this work?

  • I'm cutting out the granola bars, I was fooled thinking they were good for you.

  • @Shellduenas23

    so true

  • Can you replace brown rice bread with whole wheat bread???

  • @dustin55 if you replace it, it should be whole grain bread. whole grains are best for you and "whole wheat" is just a fancy way of saying not whole grain. also whole wheat breads can have a lot of sugar in it and is only a small step up from white bread. :)

  • ppl, you can eat all that stuff really, all it is is portions. eat portion size or less and ur good.

  • you are awesome girl but don't use Truvia. Look it up it's not natural with rebena. I use the Stevia from Trader's.

  • dam shes fine

  • I try eating greek yogurt but it taste weird. Um kinda taste like vinager! I eat bland food everyday and even a tiny taste of sweet upset my tummy. So I mostly drink water, eat veggies or flavorless meat. xD

  • The only problem with greek yogurt is that it tastes like shit.

  • @lbwhite89 It really does...Its like eating sour cream from a jar...It is awful.

  • @Aalana757 try adding a little vanilla extract and a little stevia.....DELICIOUS. & without the vanilla and Stevia......:-) a topping for your baked potato :-) Very versatile.

  • @lbwhite89

No pain no gain baby you want a body to die for? You got to work it :D another good alternative...is P90X yeah baby...its pain but its gooood ;) good luck :) x

  • @Elena707 P90x is good, Shaun T's Insaniy Fitenns is good too and doesnt need any equipment.

  • @chrisdavies23359 oops Typo, Insanity Fitness

  • @Elena707 Eating food that you think is disgusting for the sake of losing weight is stupid. There are other options than Greek yogurt that will also result in pounds lost. When people force themselves to eat food they don't like while dieting, they're much more likely to give up. It's about finding healthy foods you enjoy and exercising. Simple as that.

  • @lbwhite89 I'm not disagreeing with you there, all I was trying to say is if you want results your gonna have to make the effort like with anything you want something you have to put the effort in.

  • Wow!! I didn't know that Nature Valley nutra grain bars carried so much sugar as well as bananas & a few other things you mentioned! I would like to cut out sugar too overall in general just to be healthy and feel better. Those are great choices now I have in mind what to eat and to check the ingredients & everything in food before I eat it.

  • your videos make sense

iv actually lost 2stones in weight in the last 3months by going sugar and gluten free x

  • @mazeightysix is that around like 28 pounds? or what. cause i heard a stone was around 14 pounds

  • @missrosebud286 Hi

yeah your right its 28 pounds

  • re: horrorbitch-----------No one is adding sugar to the milk----its naturally occurring.

  • Very I informative video.... I love all your videos... you truly inspired me to live a healthier lifestyle..... I want to start cutting out all wheat products out of my diet.....

  • I find that your tips are very nice but very not realistic for the type of ppl who are overweight to begin with. In reality there is no chance in hell that I'm going to drink almond milk or eat seaweed or sunflower seed butter or coconut...etc. I think that us "overweight" ppl know abt those foods but just will never eat them. Maybe you can offer some healthy alternatives to making dishes that are actually appealing? (sorry, no offense meant here) thank you!

  • @shopppguril almond milk is really good. you sound like you don't like to try new things because they "sound" gross. You need to broaden your horizons. She was offering healthy alternatives that are appealing. A lot of people are scared of food in general, though. you will never know unless you try something without thinking it's going to be gross. The more you think it's gross, the more it will taste disgusting when you try it. It's all a mental thing

  • i tried cutting out sugar last week and actually gained weight! im going on another week and still trying hopefully it works

    no sugar

  • What about skim milk? And Greek yogurt has the consistency of cream cheese. It's disgusting.

  • @JessLynneM You need to add some kind of fruit or something to Greek yogurt to sweeten it in order for it to taste any good. Unfortunately, anything you might add to sweeten it probably has sugar...

  • This video is BULL! First of all YOU are generalizing! And you're not supposed to lose that much weight that fast! It's not healthy. Don't bullshyt me with your "I'm a health expert crap"! You're supposed to lose weight SLOWLY!!

  • Oh my sugar in milk? Here in the Netherlands milk is a natural product so no sugar is added. Going to cut out sugar from my diet, hope I can stick to it :)

  • I like it and am gonna try

  • i can only hear this in the left side :/

  • @Mrsgubler100 yeah me too i spent a couple of min trying to fix my speakers lol

  • what about 1% milk

  • well dang what we posed to eat like everything got sugar

  • another way to lose weight is to just not eat anything that comes out of a box or has nutrition facts on the side because if it does then its clearly not healthy to eat considering its not natural and there are additives that aren't necessary.

  • Do you have sugar in milk!? or did i not understand. not from U.s

  • But I can't drink Almond Milk!!!! I tried. At first I was ok but after 2 weeks of it I started gagging and could no longer eat almonds :(

  • what about honey can i eat honey instead of sugar?

  • Cereal

  • I know, I know...me, me, me....you water fast for 10 days!?

  • i am going to be cutting out nutty bars and morning ceral i loved this video i have lost 10 pound in 1 and a half weeks i love this!!

  • BREAD!!!! ^_^

  • I'm sooooo grateful I found your video's. I'm stunned at the amount of sugars I've been eating. You have made me aware of why I probably haven't lost that last 7 lbs. even when I thought I was eating perfectly "healthy" and exercising!! You rock!!

  • great vid.. i am going to cut out rice.... i am going to loose 100 pounds this year. i want to live life too!!

  • Well the snacking on greasy food

  • Hey :)

I'm 17 years old and I'm going on a finalist's trip in about 50 days.

I wanted to loose my little bit of belly fat and get a little bit more toned to fit really well on my bikini. Can you help me on what tipe of exercise I should do and some foods and tips that can help with weight lost?

  • :) I Love This :)

  • a salad for breakfast??! sorry, this will not going to happen!

  • so.. no fruits? O_o

  • @soupiscool123 whole wheat just hass more fiber, it still isnt all that healthy though

  • Is almond milk as nutritious as cow's milk?

  • @electric7eel

Almond milk is nutritious, but neither will compare to raw milk.

Commercial cows milk truely is not that nutritious for you, you might as well go with almond milk, its lower-calorie, sugar, and fat substitute. Commercially, they add sugars, preservatives, and water it down. If you can, find Raw Milk. If you had to, you could live off raw milk. Its a balanced food.

You can find it at some whole food stores, but its banned in 28 states for moronic reasons.

  • fantastic vid! ❤♡ thanks.

  • This is was a great video! Subscribing now. I have one question.

Why brown rice bread? I am familiar with it and have bought it in the past, but for some reason I usually go for whole wheat or multi grain bread. You did say brown rice bread is a healthy alternative to white bread but is it healthier/more diet friendly that that whole wheat? If so why?

Thanks for taking the time to read my comment :]

  • @soupiscool123

Most bread brands add sugars. Whole wheat isn't too good. Multi-Grain is better, and whole grain is best, but you won't find true whole grain bread (Sprouted Whole Grain) in any store.

Brown Rice bread is gluten free, low to no sugar bread. Which is why its up there, since its a low sugar diet.

  • but if I am craving something sweet to drink...I will have Propel Fitness Water, Vitamin Water, or Powerade Zero.

  • I have tried the Greek Yogart, the plain and the honey. I cannot stand it...gross! As far as shopping at a health store...forget it...to expensive. For me, it is all about moderation. My favorite breakfast is a banana and a half glass of Skim Milk. I am always on the go. For a portable snack Peanuts! Love them. I have to have my honey roasted peanuts, but I mix them with unsalted regular peanuts. Protein is my sugar substitue! My weakness is Dr. Pepper! I still have that...

  • @blackbird7194

You could replace the skim milk with unsweetened or plain sweetened almond milk, unsweetened can have as low as 35 calories a cup and has no sugar. I use it in all my cooking. :)

Peanuts are good, but having them daily isn't such a good idea. 3 days out of the week is fantastic.

A breakfast as only a banana is waaay too low calorie, that can be harmful to your body.

  • @blackbird7194

Theres a Costa-Rican style breakfast you might like is sliced cooked Queso Fresco in a frying pan, no butter needed, along with a banana and your choice of milk. Fresco is common as mexican crumbling cheese, you can cook it to melt under low heat or lightly fry it. Its a nice source of protein and is very quick to make. It also has a lightly salted flavour without needing any added. They sell it commonly, and its normally fairly cheap. :3

  • I need to gain 10 pounds in 10 days. Any tips?

  • @elitestar McDonalds.

  • @LCTeenBeauty I tried the McDonalds diet for a week and no progress.

  • I need to loose 70 pounds in 5 months... Help?!

  • Hey! you cannot loose 10 pounds fat within 10 Days.. Lets do some Maths :

    1000 g Fat = 7000 kcal

    5000 g = 10 Pounds = around 35 000 kcal

The Need of a normal Person per day is at around 2000 kcal

So you'd need to eat NOTHING and do Sports until you burned 1500 kcal ( 1 hrs of Jogging is @500 kcal ). If you loose 10 pounds its 4 pounds of fat in the best case and the rest is water and muscles ! The basic Idea is good, but your timetable is not even close to reality :) Cheers

  • @Laaaaaber7311 Respectfully, Weight loss is not just calories in calories out. Your body is not a bank. That is a very antiquated myth that can actually exacerbate metabolic issues. Also, initial fat loss for a moderately/morbidly obese individual whose insulin and lipolytic hormones are disrupted can very well be at least 10 lbs in 10 days by cutting out sugar and regulating said hormones The equation that you're missing is hormonal balance + caloric intake = fat loss. Cheers :)

  • @leansecrets - Yes - it depends on how overweight you are to start with - the closer you are to your ideal weight -/lean muscle - the more difficult it would be to find 10 to lose in the first place. WHereas someone who is 5 stone overweight - eating junk to maintain the 3500calories they need each day could easily cut out/ lose 1500 cals a day to acheive it.

  • @Laaaaaber7311 you burn calories just sitting around the house and living.. so your point is invalid lol being alive you burn naturally up to 1,00 calories doing nothing..

  • Question: If you cut out all this sugar, isn't that how people fail their diets because of the deprivation? I can see losing 10 lbs, but I personally feel like I would gain it back. LOVE all the alternatives here! I just need that sweet stuff. I have lost 10 lbs in a MONTH, but I feel healthy and in no way deprived. I can survive it as a lifestyle.

  • I need to lose over hundred pounds...should I count carbs, sugar, or calories?

  • Don't use that fake sugar stuff, its realy realy bad for you. Use stevia. Its completly natuaral and one small bottle lasts a realy long time. Its healthy and it works realy well :)

  • I will be cutting out sugar.

  • Hi,

I am vegetarian and trying to loose 30 pounds. would you please include some food options for us.

  • cutting out sugar out of my diet really changed my mood as well. I feel happier.

  • Thank you! I'll stop eating cereal with milk and even though I never go out to Jack in the Box or any fast food sometimes I eat a sandwich so I'll stop eating that. Now I'll eat more avocados and fruits. I'm 5'3" or 5'4" and I weight like 130 or 135 or around that and I'm supposed to weight like 115 so I'll be on a diet from now until 10 days.

  • @leansecrets Im Not Fat But i have a LIL Line of fat under My Belly!!!

Im 20 And 5ft tall (or Should i say Short) lol & i Weight 112 Lbs

I eat Everythig, McDonnalds, 6dll Burgers, a Hole Foot long from

Subway! I wanna Lose That Line of fat under My Belly! But I dont

wanna Give up Food Completely! What Should I Do???

  • cereal..

  • awesome!! :) i'm gonna cut out soda lol, i know i should have done that a looooong time a go!! :P

  • I'm a vegetarian

  • if you're gonna have some sugar, is it best to eat it in the morning/ will it burn off throughout the day? what do you think of eating a certain number of calories in the morning then eating less and less throughout the day (sugar too)?

  • Okay, so I basically need to eat fruits and drink water. and eggs. okay. this is a great tip, but it's about to be a hard 10 days for me. I put sugar on EVERYTHING. Meat, noodles, cheese, potatoes, everything..

  • i'm a little confused so please reply..So If I have a protein shake in the morning with skim lactose free milk, the shake has no sugar but it asks for 500 ml of milk..so with my lactose free 250 ml is 8 grams of sugar..meaning 500 ml would be 16g..is that too much?! please let me know..should i be having one cup of milk and one cup of water?

  • how much sugar can we have daily?

  • Losing 10 pounds in 10 days is not healthy. 1-2 pounds PER WEEK is recommended for healthy weight loss.

  • I cut out soda

  • What should you eat if you're vegetarian!

  • I'm cutting candy and pastries. I have at least one everyday.

  • im cutting oatmeal with seasonings and my stash of jolly ranchers.

  • im juice fasting. and next week, ill be juice fasting while adding fruit or a vegetable at every meal... and the next three weeks after that, i'll be reintroducing nuts, legumes, grains (whole only)... and hopefully not reintroducing meats and dairy (besides yogurt) for a while... im hoping it'll work out....

  • What about Yo-plait Forme No fat French Vanilla? I have found that it has less sugar/fat than most Greek yogurts?

  • Ive been on my diet for about two weeks now. I'm going to be cutting the milk out of my diet and turning to almond milk. Ive been exercising almost daily, when its my off day I feel like I should be exercising lol, so I'll do a quick workout because I feel at my best!

  • or you could jsut live in britan, we have milk with no sugar in and sugar free cereals

  • I believe this video once I lost 60 pounds in 10 months with just eating healthy, and never gained it back...just 30 but that was because I got pregnant

  • This is basically a low carb diet. Within the first week, you will lose 10+ pounds in water weight. After you've lost the water weight, you will lose around 5 pounds of fat per week. It is important to exercise, or you will get loose skin! If you are going to do this, do it until you die, because as soon as you lose the weight and reach your goal, you will decide to add carbs to your diet again, and no matter what carbs you eat, you will gain the weight back twice as fast! I know this fist hand!

  • @TheLocaChica05

There is nothing wrong with cutting sugar from your diet....permanently. Obviously our bodies need the sugary fuel from fruits. However there are so many things people ignorantly eat on a daily basis that claim to be "health" foods. Cereals, 100 calorie packs, baked goods, bread, etc...After you lose weight you should obviously NOT resort to eating back to how you were before - it's called a lifestyle change for a reason. I could understand gaining (continue)

  • @TheLocaChica05

weight back if there is severe calorie restriction, but this doesn't seem to be the case. The only things we NEED to consume are vegetables, lean proteins, fruits, whole grains, and healthy fats. (Avocado, olive oil, etc...) Americans eat so many modified foods with all of these added sugars. If sugar is going to come from anything, it should be fruit, yogurt, and that kind of thing. I see nothing wrong with this "diet", but that's just me.

  • @Sicsaem exactly..there is nothing wrong with this diet if you view it as a lifestyle change...but this diet is horrible if you use it to lose weight, and then try to go back to eating carbs,--including whole grains... you are going to gain all of the weight back, and then some more. Cutting sugar from your diet permanently is fine, but doing it temporarily is not good. Once you go back to eating carbs, more insulin will be secreted, so no matter how much you work out, you will gain weight.

  • Rice bread is usually very dry, but I can eat it. Two slices fill you up very quickly. I could eat 10 slices of whole-wheat bread and not be filled up.

  • Thanks for the tip...I will be cutting out sugar and no soda.

  • its fat not sugar that makes u lose weight nd not calories only fat but that was kool to see alot of sugar in food they think is hjealthy

  • why would you put that shit in your drawer?

  • Holla! Have you tried - fast abs magic (just google it)? Iveheard some pretty good things about it and my m8 got amazing 6 pack abs and lost aton of weight with it.

  • Thanks beautiful

  • @GOT2PRAISE1GOD It's impressive that you were able to tune into your body, and notice that the almond milk does not work for you! Many people aren't aware of the messages their bodies give them. Nicely done :) The best alternative to almond milk would probably be coconut milk (the one that is usually sold near the yogurt and almond milk). It has a tiny bit more sugar, but is a good source of lauric acid & MUCH better than lactose, or the carb laden rice milk, and thyroid disrupting soymilk.

  • Don't use Truvia!!! Use the liquid stevia instead. Truvia is mostly sugar alcohol called Xylitol.

  • ok what are we supposed to eat when we dont have that much money in america. I am a young girl married to my lance corprle marine! What are we supposed to eat? greek yogurt is expensive! Almond mild EXPENSIVE.... what the heck am i supposed to eat. fresh fruit, fish add up... maybe if i eat one meal a day!

  • @whitneybrown5 Hey Whitney!!! So true. It's such a shame that you can buy junky stuff for super cheap, but DON'T FRET!!! This just might be my next video. There's definitely some HUGE money saving tips I've picked up along the way, and I am going to spill the beans (btw, a can of black beans is healthy, and only about .80).. In the mean time, Trader Joe's is the first place you should start for cutting corners on healthy food.

  • @whitneybrown5, I was once where you are. go to your local grocery store and ask to see the manager, they are always throwing out stuff that is soon to expire and you can usually freeze the fruits and meats. I have a neighbor whose cousin does that. also have you tried to do couponing? how about looking at local grocery store, I don't know where you are if you are state-side check out dollar tree and dollar stores, aldi's and the commissary.dont make excuses, u want to eat healthy find a way2

  • I've cut all sugars and starches out of my diet. It's been 5 days and I have lost 7 pounds.

  • @IgoByIsa YAY!

  • @IgoByIsa How many inches have you lost around your waist?

  • @utubealeana I have no idea, I'm not measuring myself. Im not doing the diet to lose weight. I'm doing it for my health. It just happens to be very similar to this one and I'm losing lots of weight.I have not weighed myself since that last post. I'd go weight myself right now but I just ate.

  • 1. Eat whaterver the fuck you want.

    2. Make sure you drink 4-6l of water every day.

    3. Enyoj step 1, make sure you do step 2, enjoy ur life with normal diet+ a bit more water.

  • Hi! Have you ever tried - fast abs magic (just google it)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my auntie got ripped 6 pack abs and lost a truck load of of belly fat with it.
