MakeupGeekTV or anyone else: For all these looks you need to put eyeliner on the water line. That doesn't work for me and my eyes water until I take it off. Is it able to do these looks and get the same effect without putting eye liner on the waterline?

yeh, use the top edge of a flat shadow brush, and a black eyeshadow, and put the line on the lower lid, RIGHT underneath the lashes, as close to the water line as u can get without actually in the water line

i kind of press the top of the brush along the 'line' u want, rather than just draw a smooth line coz its a little easier

try it, you'll see what i mean

I love the urban decay liner, but in my waterline it just goes all over the place. Bourjois goes all over the place regardless of where you put it. The only thing I found that stays all day is clinique cream eyeliner. Really doesn't budge
