Seriously, your mum sounds like mine. And my mum is definitely a sociopath. They're not capable of a conscience and blame everything they do on their victims, who are usually children or a spouse.
When I read Dr Hare's book, I discovered why my mum is the way she is. It's called 'Without Conscience'. It saved my sanity!
