Please don't laugh but can someone tell me if final fantasy is movie or game or both and what is Advent Children ? All I know is that final fantasy is a game but I don't know if all 3D parts are from the game or from a movie . and with the Advent Children the same . is it a game or a movie or both ?

@ketnetty Final Fantasy is a series of video game ranging from 1 to 15 i think. Most 3D parts come from the cutscenes of the games. However, Advent Children is a movie based off of Final Fantasy 7, one of the most popular games.

@ketnetty Well, the original movie came out in 2005 i think and then an extended version (Advent Children Complete) came out in 2009. The video of Zack dying is a cutscene from a game for PSP, Final Fantasy VII: Crisis Core. The part with the girl (Yuna) singing is from the opening of the game, Final Fantasy X-2.
