Not trying to be anti-Keith or anything..., but.., is there really any clear unquestionable footage of him playing a song all the way through and without him turning his back to the audience and camera ? Keith has a very good stage and photo presence ,but he's not like a Jeff Beck ,Jimmy Page or even Ronnie Wood type. He's pretty much just a Popular song writer Rock guy. I've watched him off and on for over 35 years and he's a cool Rock legend. But not a guitar hero.

It's amazing the difference in Keith's playing between the 2002-2003 tour and the 2005-2007 tour. He does seem to have better luck with solos on his Gibson ES-335s than he does on his Les Paul juniors.

I'm just gonna say it, Kurt was an awful guitarist. I can't think of one song he did that showed any type of guitar playing talent. And I don't even think he was that great of a songwriter. Sure, he was different, but I can't stand Nirvana. I mean, it's original, but not good. It's no fun to listen too. I wanna hear music with the chords in the right key. I'm all for going against tradition, having some out of key notes in your solo, but only if it sounds good. He was unique, not great.
