I was there from April of '75 - April '76. I did take my wife, two daughters and a boyfriend back in 2004, she had a blast, they all loved it. Took my wife back in Jan. 2005, dying to get back there.
I lived there for about 3 1/2 years 73-76 while in the Navy.....Talk about change! I would never want to go back and see the commercial development........
I was there for one year, June of 75 to June of 76 while in the Navy. I knew the change would come due to the pristine waters. I was also glad to leave, but will eventually go there on a cruise, hopefully.

i was there over spring break and yes it has changed...I was there they day a memorial service was going on for a member of parliament.
