  • Great underrated NWOBHM band from Hartlepool

  • Imho the best Janick Gers!

  • Damn. Bought this on vinyl & saw 'em in Yorkshire many a time

  • amazing music

  • They used to play the local clubs round here in the 80's all the time.Must have seen them 15 times at the Trades and Labour Club (now a nursuing home).Saw Janik with Gillan, pretty good, but out of his league, methinks! There were some monumental club bands around in the 80's.Nowadays it's Xfactor instant success,or obscurity!Whatever happened to learning a trade?

I've had a Spirit tune in my head for years but can't remember the song.It goes na na na la la,na na na da da.

  • great and forgotten

  • AWSOME.THIS TRACK NEEDS TO BE HEARD BY MORE THAN THE FEW WHO ALREADY KNOW TO LOOK.IF COVERED BY A MORE RECENT BAND PEOPLE WOULD SHIT AND FALL BACK IN IT !METAL AS ALL HELL!!!

  • I saw them in the 80s ... great band live at the time , well done White spirit ....

  • I can dig this now, but I can see why they never made it. Too much mired in the 70's of Deep Purple, Rainbow and Uriah Heep. They had decent enough chops (and Janick Gers), but the heavy rock world had passed them by.

  • \m/ JANICK GERS \m/

  • Great band. I saw them at the Birmingham Odeon back in the early 80's. A certain Janick Gers was on guitar with them then. Brilliant debut album.

  • awesome song ... has a 70's feeling in it ... boc-like ... its weird since it is recorded in the 80's , but it showcases the bands influences ! thx for posting !

  • rly good song mate.......
