While he's mainly known for playing funny and goofy roles, Williams has also played a lot of incredibly dark and even frightening characters (i.e. Sy Parrish in 'One Hour Photo,' Merritt Rook in an episode of 'Law & Order: SVU,' and ESPECIALLY Walter Finch in 'Insomnia,' which a lot of his audio for this trailer was taken from) and pulled them off quite well. By channeling into those roles, I think he could make an awesome Hugo Strange.
