  • Autos & vehicles lol so cute

  • I'm having A hard time Taming mine :/ I have them in the bonding pouch for about 4 hours every day because that's all the time I have between school and work. I give em treats and such but they're still very.....Crabby.

  • Well damn... he just did NOT like that guy....

  • What Does It Mean When A Sugar Glider Is Crabbing?

  • @Revenge2Them crabbing usually means they are scared or upset.

  • I'm going to have the fucking animal control seize your sugar gliders. NEVAR call them bastards. You bastard.

  • wow my history teaher has one and like during class it would randomly do that ha i want one they are soooo cute

  • calling an animal a bastard is probably not the best way to start off

  • i would cry if i heard that a night o.o

  • you sound like HORRBIEL owners, someone report this to ASPCA! omgizzle

  • @dsgirl44 wow be quiet you probably wouldnt even kill an ant stuck to the bottum of your shoe, its now bad ownership how would you know u only saw 12!!!!! seconds of them why dont you go back to ur little life and go cry to ur hamster k? k good thxx

  • @dsgirl44 , One learn how to spell Horrible. Two If you have not owned a glider STFU. They make that noise papered and unprovoked. If what you say is true, when your dog barks YOUR A "HORRBIEL" owner. hahaahhaha

  • @dsgirl44 I'm sure the guy was just kidding with the glider, though I don't agree with him referring to the sugar glider as a bastard either, you can tell it was all in good fun. If he punched the glider in the face, I could understand calling ASPCA. But he didn't, so calm down. The glider makes that sound for several reasons. I know this because I own one. It takes time to bond and hand-tame a glider, and until you're able to successfully do so, you will continue to hear the sugar glider crab.

  • @xobryttox my girl, Gracie crabs at me all the time but I've only had her a few weeks (like 4) good thing i had a boy first or she would be territorial. she loves my boy Gizmo, but he's not so happy about it. he crabs at her and "claws" her in the face. he just doesnt really like her that much but she crawls all over him, and she caresses him and rubs her nose all over him :D

  • It sounds like its engine wont start

  • Guy: ya stinky little bastard

Sugar Glider: well fuck you and your finger

    XD

  • She is so scared she has feeling too you know i got mine yesterday she got used to me already cuz i wasnt treading her so poorly

  • Mine would stand on her back feet and do a tiger claws move if she didn't want you touching her. She'd run to my chest when she was out, looking for the pouch I'd wear around my neck or get in a pocket, really shy, I was like her security blanket. They will bite very hard, enough to bring blood, depends on their mood or fear, she never bit me, even when I spooked her, but would nail others, they scense fear.

  • Cute! :) My sugar glider doesn't bite nor hate strangers.. When he was baby, he bit me but I didnt pull my finger away showing him that biting was pointless.. It really helped. Learnt the trick from an Anime movie called Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind... ^^

  • when they bite does it hurt

  • i have 2 of them. it doesnt really hurt but it feels like a small pinch

  • @sevenlovesmiley I agree.

Sugar gliders do decide how hard to bite. In many cases, they love you and won't bite you harder than they're capable to. ;-)

Unlike *cough* hamsters *cough* -- honestly, I don't think they understand the love humans are giving them. Ever getting bit by hamster when you wake them up in cage?

  • that was not nice

  • Do you need to keep them in groups? And how much do they cost?

  • LMAO... I'd cuss you, too if you called me a "stinky lil bastard" HAHAHA!!! That was funny!

Though I must agree in Part with Joe... I've been doing my homework, and as long as you keep the cage cleaned out at LEAST once a week, they really don't stink. He probly was crabbing because he hadn't bonded with you properly or anyone else in your family. HE does need companionship from his owners... unlike a cat, who half the time doesn't care if you pet it or not.

  • it didnt like you call him a bastered

  • @MikeyDiBo yeah no one cares...

  • @chevygearhead454 you do it seems

  • @MikeyDiBo I don't like that you spelled bastard wrong, but we can't always have what we want.

  • leeandrobyn are examples of people who don't do their research before getting a pet. These people are sick and retarded. 11 months to tame a sugar glider? Bullshit. Smelled like a skunk? You know what this all means? Not enough care, not enough love, not enough attention, not enough cleaning the cage, no good hygiene. Further sign that leeandrobyn is a fucking retard.

Your little joey is crabbing because they are upset, but they will stop when they get used to you. One day I will get one...

  • @JoeCapricorn yah your right i got mine yester day and i did research and mine hates me, oh well i know it wont take 11 monthes

  • @JoeCapricorn they also crab when you tame them but thats just the procces

  • @JoeCapricorn If you didn't have one when you wrote this, you obviously didn't know what it's really like to have one. I've had mine for a month and a half and they're very well cared for and I spend time with them every day. They still crab at me all the time. It could in theory, depending on the glider, take years or possibly never bond to someone. The smell, however, you are very correct on.

  • @JoeCapricorn The musky smell they give off has nothing to do with hygiene

  • @JoeCapricorn Did you get one?

  • @allicx96 Never got one. Since this comment two years ago I got into raising praying mantises instead.

  • There not that bad...you should just clean the cage more often and you dont even smell a thing...i have 2 and i love them...check out my video..the male isnt in it cause hes not as friendly lol

  • wow lee the only reason of that is you didnt take enough care of him and you didnt bond with him.

  • You people have no idea. I sold him to a girl who is in a wheelchair who never leaves the house. She takes excellent care of him and handles him constantly. She's had him now for over a year. I just went by to clip his nails for her and she had a big scab on her finger where he latched on to it the other day. She bought him a female mate and she is perfectly tame. So he is the problem in my opinion not the owner.

  • aww :)
