The music, the gray ambient, the character cussing surely made me feel like I was staring at the nuclear cloud. One of the best ARMA II missions that I have played. After I played this for the first time I ended up dreaming something similar lol,scary!

Does anyone know how to get the nuke effect in the mission editor? Or do I just have to get a mod?

I just beat this mini mission, it was freaking great. The music goes perfect with the scenario. Only thing I don't understand is a the pilot being a naval aviator and flying an Apache, dont get me wrong I love the Apache compared to the Cobra but I expected the mission to be more accurate.

@uscolmrne he depared from some US airbase but he know that the naval attack fleet was in that direction so he screamed SHIT THEY DROPPED IT ON THE SHIPS!

once the ash starts fallin around you, your already dead. The ash carries enough radiation in it to mutate your blood cells and cancer causing rads. Now unless of course your lucky to get to a decon unit before its way to late.

@trulynot if he saw the cloud, it does not matter anymore where he runs...

@smack1289 The pilots who dropped the bombs on Nagasaki and Hiroshima also "saw the cloud" yet escaped totally unaffected. This would be a small , tactical, nuclear device ( from the vid ) - much,much smaller than H or N. His starting off point is unaffected by blast yet he heads towards GZero - where the rad levels would be lethal.

So, sorry, but it does matter where runs.

@trulynot If you open the map you will see that the nuke hit VERYYYYYYYYYYY far away, and obliterated the fleet+most of the area you flew in...
