Good points. Also remember to raise the shoulders to within 1 or 2 inches of the chin. This is not a so called nervous gesture. You are only positioning your body appropriately when raising your shoulders. This also removes the area between the head and the shoulders so you won't have a overly long neck. If you removed the trapizius muscle buildup of some people, you'll note that there is too much distance between the shoulders and the chin. Just saying... I've been through it.

I signed up for personal trainer and workedout for 2 weeks. although i got a ..year long membership. and you know what? yes 10 min bike ride at 80+ rpm, 2 sets of lunges, 2 sets of squats, 3 sets of lat pull down, 2 sets of dumbell rows, and 2 deadly sets of deadlifts. and very little days focus on legs. i prefered upper body and he said yes. i felt i got enough from lunges.
Don't confuse narrow shoulders with bad posture -- if you look at the side view you can see his shoulders are back and he has pretty good range going back with his arms.
