@d3m1g0dfr3sh for one, loose change is supposed to be a play on words, basically meaning, "you don't deserve this, but here is something extra." Second, it is an easter egg because its supposed to be in there, its just a fun little thing were you get 25 points per Perk-a-Cola (Maximum 100 points) but it cannot be spent on anything. Example, if you have 2500 points and want to buy Juggernaut, and did this easter egg, you would need more points, it doesn't go towards buying stuff, just for fun.

I don't think this actually works, though, just a fun little easter egg. I remember doing this and I got exactly 950 points after boarding all the windows on the map and went to the Mystery Box, but my character kept complaining that I needed more money.

he got a quarter :D. it pretty much just gives you 30 points on your points bar but it actually says +25. you can do it at all 4 perk machines. just prone into the machine once.
