I had matches against Hernandez on many occasions, never won any, and have been border tossed in all of them and never been injured. It happens as part of the business. Douglas should have kept his legs parallel with his body instead of bringing his legs up to form a 90% angle and he wouldn't have over rotated. You can add something to a bump to make it look sicker. This is one move that you shouldn't.
