@deadpoolawakes it doesn't come with one included with the PS VITA, but it you can get the starter pack that is $40 it includes a pouch, screen protector, car charger, wiper for the screen, earphones. and a 4 gb memory card or you could get the first edition bundle which includes a Ps Vita, Little deviants (game), and a 4gb for $350. Seperately, a 4 gb cost $20, 8 gb cost $30, 16 gb $60, 32 gb $90. Hope this helps.

Everyone has their own likes and dislikes so it would probably be best for you to choose from look nice to you. Even not buying a game and just the vita will give you a lot to do. There is welcome park plus a number of demos to try out and apps to play around with so maybe test the demos and look around before choosing. Most the games are really great and your choice will probably be the better one.

@02commenter I got my PS Vita somewhere in January but I have no games with it. I imported it from Hong Kong because the 3G was unlocked and I have no WiFi network in my house. I put my SingTel SIM card and the 3G icon pops up indicating it worked. I am just playing welcome park and some demos from the PlayStation Store anyways.
