GTA IV was a disappointment. The only thing that was a step up were the graphics. No intuitive game-play, and people trying to call you to go bowling every 5 minutes. Saints Row is a fresh coat of paint on the series. It isn't serious or anything, but it's so much more fun than GTA IV. 10 out of 10 my ass.
