@ScottiesVlog The keyring is just a trinket. Some people like to collect trinkets as mementos from caches. The rule is that if you take a trinket you must replace it with one of equal or greater value. You can also leave a trinket without taking anything to add to the collection.

However, don't confuse a trinket with a geocoin/trackable.

I've found one of these in my area. Almost disregarded it until I picked it up and put 2+2 together with some of the info on the cache page, and also referenced the theme of the cache.

Does munzee work with regular GPS's? Also, There was a cache I found like this once, A crushed can with a nano in the hole. IT WAS EVIL.

@mistaecco no, qr scanner application (and camera) needed as well as software. So usually smartphones.

@mistaecco Munzee is smartphone based, however each munzee has the GPS coordinates listed. You still need a smartphone to capture them though. To avoid cheating, you also need to be less than 1000 feet from the munzee itself, so the troll wasn't really needed unless you were near the cache and you were too lazy to go and find it (although I did have a little chuckle at the face;)
