@teddymv : Let's take a look at this with some common sense. In Colorado, less than 1 oz is only a ticketable offence, no jail. Then you factor in that medical marijuana is legal in Colorado. So even if you had every police officer from CU and Boulder (and Broomfield, Lafayette, Longmont etc) PD's, all they are able to do is write tickets for possession to those that don't have prescription for it. I think there are more important things the police departments can us their resources for.
